基于英飞凌XMC4700多功能功率开发套件的SVPWM编程设计

摘要 英飞凌XMC4000系列单片机是专为工业应用中电机控制研发的高性能单片机。以其中的XMC4700为例,分析了其应用于电机控制的优势,并以DAVE开发环境下的APP编程方法,阐释了其便捷的程序开发流程,给出了广泛应用的空间矢量脉宽调制(SVPWM)算法的具体编程实现过程。结合英飞凌多功能功率开发套件进行了实验验证,测量波形表明了算法的有效性。采用该系列单片机可以非常高效、便捷地开发出电机控制原型。 Infineon XMC4000 series single chip computer is a high performance product specially developed for motor control in industrial applications. Taking XMC4700 as an example, this paper analyzes its advantages in motor control and uses the APP programming method under the development environment of DAVE to explain its convenient program development process. The programming process of the widely used SVPWM algorithm is presented in this paper. Experiments are carried out on the Infineon multi-functional power development kit(IMPDK). The validity of SVPWM algorithm is verified by the experiment waveform. With XMC4700, the prototype of motor control can be developed very efficiently and conveniently.
