摘要
传统的目视和破坏性检查法已不能满足新产能下的车间工作环境。本文提出一种利用大数据的自动涂胶监控方法,通过自动涂胶质量检测数据和涂胶图像识别技术,进行涂胶生产线的100%监控,实现缺陷率统计和精确缺陷定位,最终提升企业效益。
Because the traditional visual and destructive inspection methods cannot meet the workshop work environment under the new capacity, this paper proposes an automatic glue monitoring method using big data, through automatic coating quality inspection data and glue image recognition technology, to achieve 100% monitoring of the glue production line, and accomplish defect rate statistics and accurate defect positioning, which ultimately improve plant efficiency.
