改良式腹带在腹膜透析导管体外双固定中的临床应用

Clinical application of modified abdominal belt in double fixation of peritoneal dialysis catheter in vitro

目的探讨改良式腹带在腹膜透析导管体外双固定中的临床应用效果。方法选取2016年12月至2018年12月行维持性腹膜透析治疗的患者56例,采用自身前后对照法,比较患者使用传统腹带后和使用改良式腹带后的疗效评价、并发症发生情况、外接短管滑脱、舒适度的差异。结果与患者使用传统腹带后相比较,使用改良式腹带后的疗效评价、并发症、外接短管滑脱、舒适度差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论改良式腹带双固定能够减少腹膜透析患者导管相关并发症发生风险,增加患者的舒适度,提高院外生活质量。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of modified abdominal belt in double fixation of peritoneal dialysis catheter in vitro.Methods 56 patients who underwent maintenance peritoneal dialysis from December,2016 to December,2018 were selected.Therapeutic effective evaluation,complications,slippage of external short tube and comfort of patients after using traditional abdominal belt and modified abdominal belt were compared by self-control method.Results There were significant differences in the therapeutic effective evaluation,complications,slippage of external short tube and comfort between patients after using traditional abdominal belt and modified abdominal belt(P<0.01).Conclusion Modified double abdominal belt fixation can reduce the risk of catheter-related complications in peritoneal dialysis patients,increase the comfort of patients and improve the quality of life outside hospital.
