摘要
以普通硅酸盐水泥、快硬硫铝酸盐水泥、硅灰和膨胀剂为胶凝材料,再以石英砂为骨料制作灌浆砂浆,通过正交试验设计出高强胶凝材料的最佳配比。最后以上述胶凝材料为基础,粗中细三种砂子为骨料,并添加高性能外加剂,通过改变水和胶凝材料以及胶凝材料和骨料的比例,得到符合标准规范的高性能水泥基灌浆料。掺入快硬水泥有快硬早强的效果;为减小灌浆材料的收缩可以掺入适量膨胀剂;掺入硅灰可以提高灌浆材料的强度。综合考虑灌浆料的流动性,竖向膨胀率以及强度和收缩性的影响,确定灌浆料胶砂比为1.2,水胶比为0.34。研究成果对今后水泥基灌浆材料的发展具有一定的参考价值。
The study utilize fast hardening sulphoaluminate cement,silica fume and expansion agent as mineral admixtures,combining ordinary portland cement,using standard sand as aggregate in order to make grouting mortar,and finally design the best ratio of highstrength cementitious materials via orthogonal test.Then using the mentioned cementitious materials,combining coarse sand,medium sand and fine sand,adding high-performanced admixture,and changing the water-cementitious materials ratio and cementitious mate rials-aggregate ratio,finally propared the high-performanced cement-based grouting material which is in accordance with the standard specification.Mixing fast hard cement provides fast hard and early strength effect,mixing appropriate amount expansion agent could re duce the shrink of cementitious materials,mixing silica fume could improve the cementitious materials strength.Considering the influ ence of fluidity,strength,vertical expansion rate and shrinkage factors of grouting material,the water and cementitious materials ratio is 0.34,the cementitious materials and sand ratio is 1.2.The results have certain reference value to the further development of cementbased grouting material.
