护理风险管理对降低CDK10表达阳性的肝癌放疗患者并发症发生率的意义

Significance of nursing risk management in reducing the incidence of complications in liver cancer patients with positive CDK10 undergoing radiotherapy

目的:探讨护理风险管理对降低周期素依赖性激酶 10(CDK10)表达阳性的肝癌放疗患者并发症发 生率的意义。方法:CDK10表达阳性的 82例肝癌患者平分成对照组和观察组各 41例,对照组在常规治疗的 基础上采用常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上采用护理风险管理。比较两组患者并发症、护理满意度及护 理后生活质量水平变化情况。结果:观察组的并发症总发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的满意度 显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理 1个月后,观察组生活质量评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用护 理风险管理可有效降低 CDK10表达阳性的肝癌放疗患者并发症发生率并提高生活质量水平,患者护理满意 度高。

Objective:To investigate the significance of nursing risk management in reducing the incidence of complications in liver cancer patients with positive CDK10 undergoing radiotherapy.Methods:82 liver cancer patients with positive expression of CDK10 were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method with 41 cases in each group.The cases in the control group were given with conventional nursing on the basis of conventional treatment,and the cases in observation group were given with nursing risk management on the basis of nursing of the control group.Results:The complication rate of observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction rates in the observation group were significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing for 1 month,the physiological status,family and social status,emotional status,functional status and total score in the observation group were higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The nursing risk management can effectively reduce the incidence of complications and improve the quality of life of liver cancer patients with positive expression of CDK10 undergoing radiotherapy,and the patients have high satisfaction with nursing.
