卵巢癌患者血清中长链非编码RNA HOTAIR的表达及其临床意义

Expression and clinical significance of lncRNA HOTAIR in serum of patients with ovarian cancer

目的:探讨lncRNA HOTAIR在卵巢癌患者血清中的诊断作用。方法:收集183例卵巢癌患者术前血清。通过实时定量PCR方法检测患者血清中lncRNA HOTAIR的表达。并分析lncRNA HOTAIR的表达与患者临床病例特征的关系,通过ROC曲线分析血清lncRNA HOTAIR的表达对卵巢癌诊断的意义。结果:卵巢癌患者血清中lncRNA HOTAIR的表达较健康者血清中的表达显著升高。lncRNA HOTAIR表达与卵巢癌患者的肿瘤病理分级、远处转移以及FIGO分期明显相关。经ROC曲线分析,血清中lncRNA HOTAIR曲线下面积为0.9468。结论:血清中lncRNA HOTAIR的检测对卵巢癌具有良好的预测作用,有望成为卵巢癌早期诊断的分子标志。

Objective:To investigate the diagnostic effect of lncRNA HOTAIR in serum of patients with ovarian cancer.Methods:The expression of lncRNA HOTAIR in 183 patiens of ovarian cancer serum was assessed by quantitative real-time PCR.Then,the associations of lncRNA HOTAIR expression with clinicopathological features and prognosis were evaluated.The value of serum lncRNA HOTAIR expression was analyzed for ovarian cancer diagnosis.Results:The expression level of lncRNA HOTAIR in ovarian cancer serum was significantly higher than the healthy.lncRNA HOTAIR expression was positively correlated with differentiation,metastasis and FIGO stage.Moreover,by the ROC curve analysis,the AUC of lncRNA HOTAIR in serum was 0.9468.Conclusion:The expression of lncRNA HOTAIR in serum has a good predictive effect and is expected to be a molecular marker for early diagnosis of ovarian cancer.
