摘要
分析比较4种菊苣品种的氨基酸成分,并评价其营养价值。采用室内分析和室外试验,探讨菊苣作为饲料对土鸡生长及生化指标的影响。结果表明:普那菊苣、丽莎菊苣与六小菊苣、大将军菊苣的氨基酸总量有显著差异。AAS和RC均显示菊苣的第一限制性氨基酸和第二限制性氨基酸分别为蛋氨酸+胱氨酸、赖氨酸。经饲养试验得出,添加菊苣试验组和对照组的体重及生理生化指标无显著差异,但试验组的体重及各项生理生化指标均比对照组高。菊苣的氨基酸种类和含量较丰富,4种品种均可作为畜禽优质饲料原料蛋白源,饲料中添加菊苣对土鸡生长具有促进作用,且能使鸡健康生长。
The amino acid composition of four chicory varieties were analyzed to evaluate their nutrient value,and to explore the effect of chicory as feed on the growth and biochemical indexes of chicken.Tests in the laboratory and in the open were used in this article.The results showed that there was a significant difference in the total amount of amino acids between Cichorium intybus L.cv.Puna,LiSha chicory and six small chicory and general chicory.The first and second limiting amino acids of chicory are methionine+cystine,lysine with the AAS and RC analysis.According to the feeding experiment,there was no significant difference in weight,physiological and biochemical index between the treat ments and the control.The results showed that the content and species amino acid in chicory is abun dant.Four varieties all can be used as the source of high-quality feeds for livestock.The addition of chicory to the feed was better for the growth and the health of chicken.
