循环荷载下黄麻纤维/聚乙烯复合材料的残余变形演化与能量耗散特性 被引量:5

摘要 以黄麻纤维织物为增强体、聚乙烯膜为基体,通过热压法制备黄麻纤维/聚乙烯复合材料,并对其在循环荷载下的残余变形演化与能量耗散特性进行测试与分析。结果表明,对于黄麻纤维/聚乙烯复合材料,其经向、纬向循环荷载应力-应变曲线形状高度相似;随着循环荷载次数的增加,累积残余应变呈先快后慢的增加趋势;每次循环荷载过程中,残余应变呈先快后慢的下降趋势;总应变能、弹性应变能、耗散能与能量耗散率均呈先迅速减小后趋于稳定的变化趋势。 By using jute fiber fabric as the reinforcement and polyethylene film as the matrix, the jute fiber/polyethylene composites were prepared through the method of hot pressing. The residual deformation evolution and energy dissipation characteristics of the jute fiber/polyethylene composites under cyclic loading were tested and analyzed. The results showed that for the jute fiber/polyethylene composites, the warp and weft cyclic loading stress-strain curves were highly similar in shape. With the increasing number of cyclic loading, the accumulative residual strain showed an increasing trend, at first fast and then slowly. During each cyclic loading process, the residual strain showed a decreasing trend, at first fast and then slowly. The total strain energy, elastic strain energy, dissipated energy and energy dissipation rate showed a trend of rapid reduction at first and then tending to be stable.
