光伏压延玻璃花纹成型对原片透过率的影响

摘要 介绍了光伏压延玻璃在压延成型过程中表面花纹的基本形态,分析了在成型过程中压延辊冷却性能和玻璃冷却速度对光伏压延玻璃性能的影响及其表面花纹成型发生变化的主要原因,提出了解决玻璃"黑色斑块"、压延辊表面金属材料变化、压延辊返修加工及镀铬前酸洗、玻璃组成对花纹成型影响的办法。 The basic morphology of surface pattern of photovoltaic glass formed during rolled process is introduced.The influence of cooling features of the forming rollers and glass cooling speed on the properties of photovoltaic glass,and main reasons for the change of formed surface pattern are analyzed.Suggestions for avoiding the "black patch" occurred on glass,surface performance change of the forming rollers,return and repair of forming rollers,acid pickling before electroplating chrome,and effect of glass composition on pattern forming are put forward.
