摘要
阐述了浮法玻璃生产过程中碎玻璃带入的铝还原SiO2形成单质硅结石引起玻璃板炸板的特点,铝还原形成单质硅结石的形成机理,为生产线单质硅引起玻璃炸板原因和解决问题提供理论指导。
Expounded the explosion characteristics of glass sheet caused by silicon stone which is formed through reduction of SiO2 with metal aluminum introduced from cullet and the formation mechanism of simple substance silicon by reduction with aluminum.It provides theoretical guidance for fixing the causes and solutions of glass plate broken caused by substance silicon stone in production line.
