摘要 以化学钢化玻璃为主要结构的防弹玻璃,由三层化学钢化玻璃分别置于抗冲击层、过渡层和安全防护层,与PVB胶片及浮法玻璃共同作用,达到防弹效能。再有铁甲膜防止飞溅物,厚度控制在20 mm以内,其防弹性能类别分别能达到F64式手枪H类、F54式手枪H类、F79式轻型冲锋枪M类。如果化学钢化玻璃是采用离子交换前经过酸腐蚀工艺制备的,防弹性能更佳。 The bulletproof glass with chemical strengthen glass as its main construction is composed of PVB films and three chemical toughened glass which act as impact resistance sheet,transition sheet and safety protective sheet respectively,and the glass sheets and the PVB films work together to achieve bulletproof effect.In addition,the structure of the glass combines with the armored membrane which prevent splash.The total thickness of the composite glass is controlled within 20 mm.Its bulletproof performance can reach the category of pistol H of the F64 and F54 types,and the M category of F79 type light machine gun.If the chemical toughened glass is prepared by acid etching process before ion exchange,it will have better bulletproof performance.
