微创痔疮套扎术联合外痔剥离术治疗混合痔35例疗效分析

CURATIVE EFFECTS FOR TREATING MIXED HEMORRHOIDS WITH MINIMALLY INVASIVE HEMORRHOID LIGATION COMBINED EXTERNAL HEMORRHOIDECTOMY OF 35 CASES

目的:探讨微创痔疮套扎术联合外痔剥离术治疗混合痔的临床效果.方法:70例混合痔患者按随机数表分为两组:对照组35例给予外痔剥离术治疗,研究组35例采用外痔剥离术联合微创痔疮套扎术治疗.对比两组患者的治疗效果、手术指标(手术时间、术中出血量、创伤愈合时间和住院时间)及疼痛程度.结果:治疗后,研究组患者治疗总有效率为97.14%,明显高于对照组,组间比较差异具有统计意义(P<0.05);研究组患者出血量(15.14±1.57)ml、手术时间(18.18±2.76)min、创伤愈合时间(10.15±2.65)d及住院时间(5.64±1.05)d均明显低于对照组,组间比较差异具有统计意义(P<0.05);研究组患者术后疼痛评分为(3.94±0.64)分,明显低于对照组,组间比较差异具有统计意义(P<0.05).结论:微创痔疮套扎术联合外痔剥离术治疗混合痔,能减少术中出血量和手术时间,减轻疼痛程度,有效提高患者的治疗效果,值得临床推广和使用.

Objective:To investigate the clinical effects for treating mixed hemorrhoids with minimally invasive hemorrhoid ligation combined external hemorrhoidectomy.Methods:70 patients with mixed hemorrhoids were divided into two groups at random:35 patients in control group were treated with external hemorrhoidectomy,and 35 patients in study group were treated with minimally invasive hemorrhoid ligation combined external hemorrhoidectomy.The therapeutic effects,operation indicators(operation time,intraoperative blood loss,wound healing time,hospital stays)and pain degree of patients in two groups were compared.Result:After treatment,the total effective rate of study group was 97.14%,which was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The operation time[(18.18±2.76)min],intraoperative blood loss[(15.14±1.57)ml],wound healing time[(10.15±2.65)d]and hospital stays[(5.64±1.05)d]of patients in study were significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05).The pain score of patients in study group after treatment was(3.94±0.64),which was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:Treating mixed hemorrhoids with minimally invasive hemorrhoid ligation combined external hemorrhoidectomy can reduce operation time and intraoperative blood loss,alleviate pain degree,improve the therapeutic effect effectively,so it is worthy of popularizing and using in clinic.
