医学生小讲课模式在老年病科临床带教的实践研究

Research on the Small Lecture by Medical Students in the Clinical Teaching of Geriatrics

老年病科是一个疾病多元化的新兴科室,关于临床实习带教模式正处于不断摸索改进的过程中。广州中医药大学第一附属医院老年病科实行医学生小讲课的带教模式,该带教模式是以学生为主体,围绕临床知识进行小讲课,该模式不仅丰富了学生的专业知识,而且提高了学生的临床思维、实践水平及其综合素质,在中医学临床带教中是一个值得推广的带教模式。

Geriatrics is a multidisciplinary,emerging department.The teaching mode of clinical practice is in the process of continuous exploration and improvement.The geriatrics department of our hospital adopts the teaching mode of small lectures by medical students.The teaching mode is student-centered;with small lectures focusing on clinical knowledge,which not only enriches students'professional knowledge,but also improves their clinical thinking,practice level and comprehensive quality.It is a teaching mode worth promoting in the clinical teaching of traditional Chinese medicine.
