基于现代临床研究文献分析中西医结合治疗非寻常型银屑病

Analysis on Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in the Treatment of Unusual Psoriasis Based on Modern Clinical Literature Study

目的总结分析近15年发表的关于中西医结合治疗非寻常型银屑病的临床研究文献,以期为临床治疗该病提供一个更好的综合医疗方案。方法从中国期刊全文数据库、维普期刊全文数据库、万方数据资源系统中检索文献,应用NoteExpress、Excel整理分析文献。结果最终纳入文献12篇,其中红皮病型7篇、关节病型3篇、脓疱型2篇。中西医结合治疗非寻常型银屑病常用的口服西药分别是红皮病型为阿维A胶囊,关节型为非甾体抗炎药,而脓疱型为皮质类固醇激素;中西医结合治疗非寻常型银屑病常用的中药方剂分别是红皮病型为清营汤加减或养血解毒汤加减,关节型为乌头汤加减或宣痹汤合萆薢渗湿汤加减,脓疱型为清营汤加减或解毒养阴汤加减。结论中西医结合治疗非寻常型银屑病有机地整合了中医的辨证论治和西医局部微观辨病的优势,可进一步提高疗效,减少药物不良反应,降低复发率。

Objective To summarize and analyze the clinical research literatures published in the past 15 years on the treatment of unusual psoriasis with integrative medicine for find better heal scheme of unusual psoriasis.Methods Literature retrieval from CNKI,Wanfang and VIP database,using NoteExpress,Excel analysis of literature were used.Results Twelve papers were obtained,including 7 papers of erythrodermic psoriasis,3 papers of arthropathic psoriasis and 2 papers of pustular psoriasis.The commonly used oral Western medicines for erythrodermic psoriasis,articular psoriasis and pustular psoriasis are Avian A capsules,non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and corticosteroids in the process of integrative medicine treatment.The traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions commonly used in erythrodermic psoriasis,articular psoriasis and pustular psoriasis are Qingying decoction,Yangxue Jiedu decoction,Wutou decoction,Xuanbi decoction and Bixie decoction,Qingying decoction or Jiedu Yangyin decoction in the process of integrative medicine treatment.Conclusion The integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of unusual psoriasis integrates the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine,which can further improve the curative effect,reduce drug toxicity and side effects,and reduce the recurrence rate.
