摘要
泌尿系结石发病率及复发率逐年增高。目前西医对于泌尿系结石除手术治疗外暂无较好的预防措施,文章从中医学角度总结了古代历代医家对该病的认识,分析了泌尿系结石的病因病机,对当前主流及最新中医治疗方法进行了综述,并对当前治疗中存在的问题进行分析,发展方向进行展望。
The incidence of urinary calculus and recurrence rate is increasing.At present western medicine for urinary calculus in addition to surgical treatment no good preventive measures.This paper summarized the ancient dynasties doctor from medical angle understanding of the disease,analyzed the etiology and pathogenesis of urinary calculi,the current mainstream of TCM and the latest treatment methods,analyzed the problems existing in the current treatment,and pointed out development direction.
