雷火灸法治疗糖尿病周围神经病变临床观察

Clinical Observation on Thunder-fire Moxibustion in the Treatment of Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

目的观察雷火灸对糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效。方法选取在河南省人民医院住院治疗的60例糖尿病周围神经病变患者随机分为2组:对照组30例(降糖、改善循环+营养神经)及治疗组30例(降糖、改善循环+营养神经+雷火灸法)。观察对照组与治疗组症状程度计分及双足震动感觉阈值(VPT),统计2组差别有无统计学意义。结果治疗2周后2组在症状程度计分及VPT方面均有效。治疗组症状程度计分较对照组明显下降(P<0.05);治疗组双足VPT值较对照组明显降低(P<0.05)。结论雷火灸疗法可以通过脉络和腧穴的循经感传共同达到温经通络作用,治疗糖尿病周围神经病变。

Objective To observe the effect of thunder-fire moxibustion on diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods Sixty cases treated in our hospital were randomly divided into the control group of 30 cases and the treatment group of 30 cases.The control group was treated with hypoglycemic,improvement of cycle and nutrient nerves.The treatment group was treated with thunder-fire moxibustion on the basis of the control group.The score of symptom degree and the threshold of foot vibration sensation(VPT)between the control group and the treatment group were observed.Results Both groups were effective in symptom score and VPT after 2 weeks of treatment.The score of symptom degree in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The VPT value of both feet in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The thunder-fire moxibustion can be used to treat diabetic peripheral neuropathy by means of meridians and acupoints.
