针灸结合康复护理法治疗类风湿性关节炎临床观察

Clinical Observation on Acupuncture and Moxibustion Combined with Rehabilitation Nursing in the Treatment of Rheumatoid Arthritis

目的探析在类风湿性关节炎患者中应用康复护理结合针灸疗法的效果。方法以泉州市中医院接收的类风湿性关节炎患者108例为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,各54例。对照组应用针灸疗法,研究组在对照组的基础上,开展康复护理干预。观察分别予以不同干预后患者的治疗效果、疼痛情况和生活质量。结果研究组的临床总有效率为92.59%(50/54),高于对照组的77.78%(42/54);干预后,研究组的疼痛评分低于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对类风湿性关节炎患者予以针灸、康复护理联合干预,有助于改善患者病情,减轻患者疼痛,减少畸形情况发生,提高生活质量,降低功能障碍发生。

Objective To explore the effect of rehabilitation nursing combined with acupuncture in patients with rheumatoid arthritis.Methods 108 patients with rheumatoid arthritis received in our hospital were divided into groups according to the digital random method.The control group received acupuncture treatment.On the basis of the control group,the study group carried out rehabilitation nursing intervention.After different interventions,the therapeutic effect,pain and quality of life of the patients were evaluated.Results The clinical curative effect rate of the study group was 92.59%(50/54),which was higher than 77.78%(42/54)of the control group.After intervention,the pain score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life score of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined intervention of acupuncture and rehabilitation nursing for patients with rheumatoid arthritis can help patients improve their condition,alleviate their pain,reduce the occurrence of deformities,improve their quality of life and reduce the occurrence of functional disorders.
