早期针刺疗法治疗急性脑梗死后偏瘫康复效果分析

Analysis on the Rehabilitation Effect of Early Acupuncture in Treating Hemiplegia after Acute Cerebral Infarction

目的分析早期针刺治疗急性脑梗死后偏瘫的康复效果。方法选取九江市第一人民医院2017—2018年在神经内科住院治疗的急性脑梗死患者120例,随机分成观察组和对照组。对照组实施常规的药物治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上做早期针刺治疗。用Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分法和Barthel指数评估量表以及治疗有效率对比评价2组患者的治疗效果。结果对照组的治疗总有效率为76.7%(46/60),低于观察组的91.7%(55/60),2组数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组的Fugl-Meyer评分为(28.24±5.94)分,Barthel评分为(47.36±6.65)分;观察组的Fugl-Meyer评分为(38.65±7.85)分,Barthel评分为(56.46±12.35)分;对照组的评分均低于观察组(P<0.05)。结论相比于常规药物治疗,早期针刺对急性脑梗死后偏瘫患者的运动功能和生活能力都有显著改善,还能提高治疗有效率,具有临床应用价值。

Objective To analyze the rehabilitation effect of early acupuncture on hemiplegia after acute cerebral infarction.Methods 120 patients with acute cerebral infarction hospitalized in neurology department of our hospital from 2017 to 2018 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group.The control group received conventional drug therapy,and the observation group received early acupuncture therapy on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was evaluated by using fugl-meyer motor function score,Barthel index scale and treatment efficiency.Results The effective rate of the control group was 76.7%(46/60),which was lower than that of the observation group(91.7%(55/60)),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the control group,fugl-meyer score was(28.24±5.94)and Barthel score was(47.36±6.65).In the observation group,fugl-meyer score was(38.65±7.85),and Barthel score was(56.46±12.35).The scores of the control group were all lower than those of the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with conventional drug therapy,early acupuncture can significantly improve the motor function and living ability of patients with hemiplegia after acute cerebral infarction,and improve the treatment efficiency,which has clinical application value.
