中西医结合本科生专业满意度调查及相关研究 被引量:1

Investigation and Research on Professional Satisfaction in Undergraduate Students of Integrited Medicine

摘要 目的通过中西医临床医学专业本科生专业满意度现状的调查与分析,为今后培养中西医结合临床应用型人才提供参考。方法采用不记名问卷调查方式,以大连医科大学、华中科技大学、山东中医药大学3所学校共650名中西医临床医学本科生为研究对象,进行自制式问卷调查。运用Excel进行数据录入与管理,借助SPSS 17.0软件,采用卡方检验方法进行统计学分析。结果3所院校中西医临床医学本科总体满意度为31.1%,专业期望满意度为37.3%,课程设置满意度为27.4%。调查结果显示该专业学生对专业发展的满意期望值较高。结论中西医结合医学专业应根据国家发展需求和社会供给侧结构改革要求及时调整专业培养方向、优化课程设置,加强主干课程教学内容的深度和广度。 Objective To investigate and analyze the professional satisfaction in undergraduate students of integrative medicine.Methods 650 undergraduate students from Dalian Medical University,Huazhong University of Science and Technology and Shandong University of traditional Chinese medicine are taken as the research object and given the self-made survey by anonymous questionnaires.Excel is used for data entry and management and SPSS 17 is explored for chi square test to analyze statistics.Results The overall satisfaction rate of the three colleges was 31.1%,the professional expectation satisfaction was 37.3%and the degree of satisfaction was 27.4%.The degree of professional satisfaction in undergraduate students of integrative medicine is low.Conclusion We should adjust the direction of professional training with the needs of the society and strive to strengthen the depth and width of teaching contents in the main courses.
