Diagnosis of Maltese brucellosis

目的通过对1例马耳他布鲁杆菌的临床表现,菌落鉴别进行记录分析,为以后及时鉴别马耳他布鲁杆菌感染提供参考.方法对2017年4月的1例马耳他布鲁杆菌感染案例的入院表征,流行病学分析,标本采集培育,菌落鉴别到患者预后的全记录进行描述性分析.结果本案例初次确诊1人,对密切接触流行病史相似的周边人群5人经微生物学检测后确诊4人.结论部分医务工作人员对马耳他布鲁杆菌感染接触较少,易造成延误诊治,需提高此类易大范围传播疾病的学习;对易接触传染动物的从业人员进行必要的教育,提升防范意识.

Objective By recording and analyzing the clinical manifestations of a case of Maltese brucellosis,it can provide references for the timely identification of Maltese brucellosis infection in the future.Methods A full record of admission,epidemiological analysis,specimen collection and cultivation of a case of infection with Maltese brucellosis in April 2017 was described.Results One person was diagnosed for the first time in this case;and four people were diagnosed after being microbiologically tested for five people in close contact with a similar epidemic history.Conclusion There is need to improve the learning of such diseases,which are susceptible to widespread transmission,owing to the low exposure of some medical staff to infection with Maltese brucellosis.The necessary education is given to the workers who are easily exposed to infectious animals to raise their awareness of prevention.
