菟丝子的真伪鉴别与质量评价研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的对菟丝子及其掺伪品进行鉴别,并对其质量进行评价,为企业生产和临床安全用药提供保障。方法2018年3-5月从外观性状、水试、显微、薄层色谱对菟丝子正品、掺伪品的性状及理化进行鉴别,并通过水分、总灰分及酸不溶性灰分和含量测定对菟丝子的质量进行分析。结果外观性状、水试、显微、薄层色谱能明显区分菟丝子及掺伪品。菟丝子的水分含量为5.83%~7.62%,总灰分含量为4.75%~5.59%,酸不溶性灰分含量为1.91%~2.73%,金丝桃苷含量为0.13%~0.21%。结论通过性状、理化和显微鉴别可有效区分菟丝子及其近伪品;通过质量评价可有效判断正品菟丝子中是否掺伪。 Objective To identify and evaluate the quality of cuscutae semen and its close relatives products and counterfeit to provide guarantee for the production of drugs and safety of clinical medication.Methods From March to May 2018,the appearance trait and physicochemical properties of the cuscutae semen was identified from the appearance,water test,microscopic and thin-layer chromatography.The quality of cuscutae semen was analyzed by content of moisture,total ash and acid insoluble ash and effective component.Results The cuscutae semen and its close relatives products and counterfeit could be distinguished easily with the appearance,water test,microscopic and thin-layer chromatography.The content of moisture,total ash acid-insoluble ash,hyperoside of cuscutae semen were 5.83%-7.62%,4.75%-5.59%,1.91%-2.73%and 0.13%-0.21%.Conclusion Cuscuta and the true and false can be effectively distinguished by physical,chemical and microscopic identification.Through quality evaluation,the adulteration of dodder can be determined effectively.
