遵义人群LDL-R基因-1063A/C位点多态与高三酰甘油血症相关性分析

Analysis of correlation between polymorphism of LDL-Rgene 1063A/C and hyperglycemic glyceremia in zunyi population

目的探讨低密度脂蛋白受体(LDL-R)基因对第8外显子中的1063A/C多态与遵义人群高三酰甘油血症(HTG)的相关性。方法2014年3-8月采用聚合酶链反应产物直接测序分析99例HTG患者和162例健康对照者LDL-R基因1063A/C位点多态性。结果2组研究对象LDL-R基因1063A/C位点基因型频率和等位基因比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);HTG组AA基因型患者高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、总胆固醇/HDL-C和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇/HDL-C水平与CC基因型比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论LDL-R基因1063A/C位点多态与遵义汉族人群HTG发病无关,但LDL-R基因1063C等位基因可影响血液总胆固醇和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平。

Objective To investigate correlation between low density lipoprotein receptor(LDL-R)gene 1063A/C polymorphism with hypertriglyceridemia of the crowds in Zunyi population.Methods 1063A/C polymorphism of 99 hypertriglyceridemia patients and 162 healthy individuals were tested by sequencing after polymerase chain reaction.Results There was no significant difference in genotype frequency and allele frequency of 1063A/C locus in LDL-R between the two groups(P>0.05),but there was significant difference in the level of high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)、TC/HDL-C and LDL-C/HDL-C between AA and CC genotype in HTG group(P<0.05).Conclusion There is no correlation between the 1063A/C polymorphism of LDL-R gene and the incidence of HTG in Han nationality of Zunyi population.However,the allele of LDL-R gene can affect total cholesterol(TC)and LDL-C levels in the blood.
