高校健美操课程中融合多媒体辅助教学方法的实验研究

摘要 通过教学实验对实验组学生和对照组学生的各项指标进行对比分析,探究两组之间的教学效果是否存在差异.2017-2020年新周期健美操竞赛规则根据身体运动部位以及运动类型把难度动作划分为A、B、C、D4个组别.运用多媒体辅助教学的实验组学生与运用传统教学法的对照组学生相比,B组难度P>0.05,并无显著性差异;但在A组、C组、D组难度的教学效果中P<0.05,均存在显著性差异.在进行成套动作的教学过程中,为期8周的教学实验周期期中测试成绩P>0.05,无显著性差异,但在为期16周的教学实验周期期末测试成绩P<0.05,存在显著性差异.反映出在进行长时间的成套动作教学和动态难度动作的教学中,多媒体技术辅助教学法明显比传统教学法的效果更佳. Through the comparative analysis of the indicators of the experimental group and the control group in the teaching experiment, whether there are differences in the teaching effect between the two groups are explored. The experimental results show that there is no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in the application of Multimedia Assisted Instruction in the teaching of difficult movements, except for the difficulty P>0.05 in group B, but there is a significant difference in the teaching effect of group A, group C and group D in the difficulty P<0.05, while there is a significant difference in the whole set of movements. In the course of teaching, there is no significant difference in the mid-term test scores P>0.05 during the 8-week teaching experiment period, but there is significant difference in the final test scores P<0.05 at the end of the 16-week teaching experiment period, which reflects that Multimedia Assisted Instruction has a better effect than traditional teaching method on the teaching of long-term complete sets of movements and dynamic difficult movements.
