基于赛教融合的高职院校专业教学改革研究

举办职业院校技能大赛是职业教育发展和改革的重要任务之一,也是培养高等职业技能人才的途径之一。构建以专业教学为基础,以应用技术研发项目为载体,以创新思维为引领的“学赛研”三位一体的创新人才培养模式,将“学赛研”三者相互融会贯通,最终通过职业技能大赛,实现赛教融合,不断完善高职人才培养标准,以培养出适应社会发展与企业需求的高技能高素质实用型人才。

The holding of skills competition in vocational colleges is one of the important tasks of the development and reform of vocational education,and also one of the ways to cultivate high-level professional skilled talents.The innovative talents training mode of trinity of"learning,competition and research"is constructed,which is based on professional teaching,takes application technology research and development project as a carrier and leads with innovative thinking,to integrate the"learning,competition and research".Finally,through vocational skills competition,higher vocational colleges achieve the integration of the competition and teaching,constantly improve the talents training standards,and cultivate high-skilled and high-quality practical personnel suitable for social development and enterprise needs.
