中国制造2025背景下高职学生工匠精神的培育

The Cultivation of the Craftsmanship of Higher Vocational College Students Under the Background of Made in China 2025

当前“中国制造2025”“大众创业、万众创新”等战略背景下,培养具有工匠精神的高素质技术技能人才具有重要意义。在阐述中国制造2025与工匠精神的内涵、分析中国制造2025背景下高职学生工匠精神培育必要性的基础上,提出中国制造2025背景下高职学生工匠精神培育的有效途径,以期为高职教育人才培养提供借鉴意义。

At present,it is of great significance to train high-quality technical and skilled personnel with craftsmanship under the strategic background of"Made in China 2025"and"Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation".On the basis of expounding the connotation of Made in China 2025 and craftsmanship and analyzing the necessity of cultivating the craftsmanship of higher vocational college students under the background of Made in China 2025,this paper puts forward the effective way for cultivating of the craftsmanship of the higher vocational college students under the background of Made in China 2025 to provide reference meaning for the talents training of higher vocational education.
