ANALYSIS OF TRANSFORMATIVE ABILITY OF SHANDONG COAL-BASED CITIES AND IMPROVEMENT

摘要 从适应性和量化的角度研究了山东煤炭资源型城市转型能力和实现提升发展之间的关系.首先比较了世界能源结构和中国的能源结构异同以及国内省份和地区之间的能源结构现状,然后以山东省6个煤炭资源型城市为研究样本,运用主成分分析法计算了样本城市的转型能力并进行了综合排序.研究的主要目的是通过量化研究对能源工业(又称能源经济单元)对煤炭资源型城市国民经济活动的影响.并重点评估了一些以煤炭资源为发展基础的城市下一步转型和实现可持续发展的能力. From the perspective of adaptability and quantification,this paper studies the relationship between the transformation capacity of coal resource-based cities in Shandong Province and the realization of cities′improvement and development.The paper first compares the similarities and differences between the energy structure of the world and that of China,as well as the present situation of the energy structure between provinces and regions inside China.After that,6 coal resource-based cities in Shandong Province were taken as research samples,and the transformation capacity of the sample cities was calculated by using the principal component analysis method and the comprehensive ranking was carried out.The main purpose of the study is to quantify the impact of energy industry(a.k.a energy economic nexus)on the national economic activities of coal resource-based cities.This paper also focuses on assessing the ability of transformation and sustainable development of these cities in the future.
