医护患一体化临床路径在产科中的应用

Application of Integrated Clinical Pathways with Doctor-nurse-patient Integration Mode in Obstetric

目的:探讨医护患一体化临床路径在产科中的应用效果。方法:选取2016年2月-2018年2月本院120例待自然临产分娩经产妇,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各60例。对照组采用常规临床路径,观察组在对照组基础上给予医护患一体化临床路径。比较两组住院时间、住院费用、健康知识掌握情况及护理满意度。结果:观察组住院时间(1.50±0.38)d及住院费用(1 737.98±85.86)元均低于对照组(3.25±1.25)d、(2 089.13±251.27)元,差异均有统计学意义(t=10.398、10.244,P<0.05);观察组健康知识总掌握率(96.67%)及总满意率(98.33%)均高于对照组的81.67%、86.67%,差异均有统计学意义(χ2=6.988、4.324,P<0.05)。结论:将医护患一体化临床路径应用于产科中可缩短孕产妇住院时间,降低住院费用,帮助孕产妇更好地掌握相关健康知识,提高护理满意度。

Objective: To investigate the effect of integrated clinical pathways with doctor-nurse-patient integration mode in obstetric. Method: From February 2016 to February 2018, 120 cases of parturient women waiting for natural labor in our hospital were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method, 60 cases in each group. The control group was given the conventional clinical pathway, and the observation group was given clinical pathways with doctor-nurse-patient integration mode on the basis of the control group. The hospitalization time, hospitalization cost, health knowledge and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Result: The hospitalization time(1.50±0.38) d and hospitalization cost(1 737.98±85.86) yuan of the observation group were lower than(3.25±1.25) d,(2 089.13±251.27) yuan of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(t=10.398, 10.244, P<0.05). The total health knowledge mastery rate(96.67%) and the total satisfaction rate(98.33%) of the observation group were higher than 81.67%, 86.67% of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(χ2=6.988, 4.324, P<0.05). Conclusion: The application of the integrated clinical pathways with doctor-nurse-patient integration mode in obstetric can shorten the hospitalization time, reduce the hospitalization cost, help the pregnant and lying-in women better grasp the relevant health knowledge and improve the nursing satisfaction.
