认知行为干预在住院冠心病患者护理中的应用

Application of Cognitive Behavior Intervention in Nursing of Inpatients with Coronary Heart Disease

目的:对认知行为干预应用于住院冠心病患者的临床效果进行分析与探讨。方法:选择2016年6月-2018年10月在本院接受住院治疗的冠心病患者126例,依据掷硬币法将其分为对照组和研究组,每组63例。对照组应用常规护理干预方案,研究组应用认知行为干预方案,观察两组护理效果。结果:研究组焦虑、抑郁评分分别为(36.74±4.13)、(39.83±3.27)分,均显著低于对照组的(54.45±5.21)、(57.26±4.53)分(P<0.05);研究组中96.83%(61/63)患者掌握冠心病知识与康复知识,显著高于对照组的79.37%(50/63)(P<0.05);研究组生理机能、精神健康、社会职能、情感职能、生理职能评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:为冠心病住院患者开展认知行为干预可显著改善其心理状态,提升患者对冠心病相关知识的掌握程度,改善其生活质量。

Objective: To analyze and discuss the clinical effect of cognitive behavior intervention in inpatients patients with coronary heart disease. Method: A total of 126 patients with coronary heart disease who hospitalized in our hospital from June 2016 to October 2018 were selected, they were randomly divided into two groups according to the coin method, 63 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing care, the study group was given cognitive behavior intervention, the nursing effects of two groups were observed. Result: The anxiety score and depression score of the study group were(36.74±4.13) and(39.83±3.27) scores respectively, they were significantly lower than(54.45±5.21) and(57.26±4.53) scores of the control group(P<0.05). 96.83%(61/63) of patients in the study group mastered the knowledge of coronary heart disease and rehabilitation, which was higher than 79.37%(50/63) of the control group(P<0.05). The scores of physiological function, mental health, social function, emotional function and physiological function of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Cognitive behavior intervention for inpatients with coronary heart disease can significantly improve their psychological state, enhance knowledge of coronary heart disease and improve quality of life.
