摘要
为保障新集一矿131305工作面保护层的安全开采,确定先进行131105工作面回采作业,以对131305工作面煤体进行卸压,增大煤体透气性的效果,采用理论分析、数值模拟与现场监测相结合的方法,对保护层开采覆岩的破坏规律、C 13-1煤层变形量及卸压煤层卸压瓦斯抽采效果进行分析。结果表明:C 13-1被保护层充分卸压后,最大压缩变形率为-0.722‰,最大膨胀率为20.42‰.C 13-1被保护层处于B 11-2下保护层的有效保护范围内,采动影响后131305工作面平均抽采瓦斯浓度、抽采混合量提高了3~5倍。
In order to fully guarantee the safe mining of the protective layer of 131305 working face,it is determined that the 131105 working face mining operation will be carried out first to achieve the effect of depressurizing the coal body of 131305 working face and increasing the gas permeability of the coal body.The deformation law of C 13-1 coal seam and its overlying strata,the effect of gas drainage in the released coal seam are analyzed based on theoretical analysis and numerical simulation.The results show that C 13-1 is fully pressure-released with the maximum compressing deformation rate of-0.722‰,the maximum expending deformation rate of 20.42‰.The protective layer of C 13-1 is within the effective protection range under B 11-2,the average drained gas concentration and mixing amount increased by 3 to 5 times.
