摘要 为解决寺河矿大采高工作面末采阶段片帮、冒顶问题,通过分析煤壁片帮机理,得出提高煤体自身力学性质是治理煤壁片帮的有效方法,利用合理注浆时机、配合高性能注浆加固材料,对末采工作面实施超前深孔注浆加固。工程实践结果表明:通过对工作面深孔注浆,共使用注浆材料187.25 t,注浆加固后的主撤巷道和顺槽在超前支承压力区的变形得到明显减缓,工作面末采阶段40 m仅用5 d回采完毕,在保证安全的同时实现了工作面与主撤巷道的快速贯通。 In order to solve the problem of rib spalling and roof falling during final height mining face in Sihe Mine,the paper analyzes the mechanism of rib spalling,it is concluded that the effective method for rib spalling treatment is to improve the mechanical properties of coal itself.The grouting time,combined with the high-performance grouting reinforcement material are all critical in carrying out advanced deep hole grouting reinforcement on the final mining face.The results of engineering practice show that through the deep hole grouting of the working face,a total of 187.25 tons of grouting material is used.The deformation of the main withdrawal roadway and the airway in the advanced support pressure zone is obviously slowed down,and it takes only 5 days for the 40 m final mining stage.The quick connection between the working face and the main exit roadway is realized while ensuring safety.
