摘要
为提高矿井提升机的安全稳定性,通过分析提升机驱动系统工作原理及提升机的运行特点,结合提升机的“S”形速度曲线选择交-直-交变频调速系统作为大功率提升机的变频调速系统。对提升机驱动系统进行了硬件电路模块设计、软件模块设计及故障保护中断系统模块设计,保证了驱动系统运行的安全可靠性。该大功率矿井提升机驱动系统的设计不仅能够有效实现提升机速度的平滑转变,而且可以有效降低变速对系统产生的冲击,提高提升机的安全稳定性。
In order to improve the safety and stability of mine hoist,by analyzing the working principle of the hoist drive system and the operation characteristics of the hoist,the AC-DC-AC frequency control system was selected as the frequency control system of large-power hoist based on the S shape velocity curve of the hoist.The hardware circuit,software and fault protection interference system of the hoist drive system are also designed to guarantee the safety and reliable operation of the drive system.The design of the large-power mine hoist drive system are not only able to effectively realize the smooth transformation of the hoist speed,reduce the impact of the variable speed on the system,but also improve the safety and stability of the hoist.
