摘要 为了解决300 MW CFB锅炉运行中风水冷渣器结焦、堵渣及超温的问题,提高CFB锅炉机组的运行可靠性,以山西某电厂300 MW CFB锅炉排渣系统改造升级项目为例,分析了锅炉冷渣器超温结焦、排渣不畅等问题,最大限度发挥了CFB锅炉的优越性,提高机组的带负荷能力。 In order to solve the problems of coking, slag blocking and overheating of air-water slag cooler in 300 MW CFB boiler operation and improve the operation reliability of CFB boiler unit, taking the upgrading project of slag discharging system of 300 MW CFB boiler in a power plant in Shanxi as an example, the problems of over-temperature coking and slag blocking of boiler slag cooler are analyzed, and the advantages of CFB boiler are brought into full play. Improve the load carrying capacity of the unit.
