3D打印模型对腹腔镜胃癌根治术临床治疗效果的影响

Influence of 3D Printing Model on Clinical Treatment Effect of Laparoscopic Radical Gastrectomy for Gastric Cancer

目的探讨3D打印模型对腹腔镜胃癌根治术临床治疗效果的影响。方法选择我院收治的50例胃癌患者,按照术前评估方法的不同分为观察组和对照组,各25例。对照组在CTA重建图像上进行术前精准评估,然后拟定手术切除方案。观察组通过3D打印模型进行术前模拟及术前评估。观察比较两组患者的并发症发生率、手术时间、术中出血量、术后排气时间和术后住院时间。结果观察组的并发症发生率低于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组的手术时间、术中出血量少于对照组(P <0.05)。两组患者的术后排气时间及术后住院时间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论采用3D打印模型对腹腔镜胃癌根治术患者进行术前评估,近期治疗效果显著,可减少并发症发生,改善临床指标,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To study the influence of 3 D printing model on clinical treatment effect of laparoscopic radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer. Methods 50 cases of patients with gastric cancer admitted to our hospital were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to different preoperative evaluation methods, with 25 cases in each group. The control group received accurate preoperative evaluation on CTA reconstructed images, and then drew up the surgical resection plan. The preoperative simulation and preoperative evaluation were carried out through 3 D printing model in observation group. The incidence of complications, operation time,intraoperative blood loss, postoperative exhaust time and postoperative hospitalization time were observed and compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P <0.05). The operation time and intraoperative blood loss of the observation group were less than those of the control group(P <0.05). No statistical difference was found in the postoperative exhaust time and postoperative hospitalization time between the two groups(P >0.05). Conclusions 3 D printing model in the preoperative evaluation of laparoscopic radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer has significant short-term treatment effect, can reduce the complications and improve the clinical indicators, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
