牙用根管钉光固化树脂核和纤维桩树脂核修复残根残冠的临床应用比较

Comparison on Clinical Application of Dental Root Canal Nail Photocurable Resin Core and Fiber Post Resin Core for Repairing Residual Roots and Crowns

目的比较牙用根管钉光固化树脂核和纤维桩树脂核修复残根残冠的临床应用效果。方法将50例残根残冠患者随机分为观察组和对照组各25例。观察组给予玻璃纤维桩树脂核修复,对照组给予牙用根管钉光固化树脂核修复,比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗成功率为92.00%,与对照组的84.00%比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组出现2例未成功牙,其中1例修复体松动脱落,1例桩核折断;对照组出现4例未成功牙,其中3例修复体松动脱落,1例桩核折断。结论牙用根管钉光固化树脂核和纤维桩树脂核修复残根残冠均可取得较好的临床疗效,可结合患者不同的适应症、美观需求及经济承受能力等作出合理选择。

Objective To compare the clinical application effects of dental root canal nail photocurable resin core and fiber post resin core for repairing residual roots and crowns. Methods 50 cases of patients with residual roots and crowns were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 25 cases in each group. The observation group was repaired with glass fiber post resin core, while the control group was repaired with dental root canal nail photocurable resin core. The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results The treatment success rate of the observation group was 92.00%, had no statistical difference with 84.00% of the control group(P>0.05). There were 2 cases of unsuccessful teeth in the observation group, including 1 case of prosthesis loosening and shedding, and 1 case of post core fracture. There were 4 cases of unsuccessful teeth in the control group, including 3 cases of prosthesis loosening and shedding,and 1 case of post core fracture. Conclusions Dental root canal nail photocurable resin core and fiber post resin core for repairing residual roots and crowns can achieve better clinical efficacy, and the reasonable choice can be made according to different indications, aesthetic requirements and economic endurance of patients.
