高血压病高脉压差患者的脉压指数和可溶性ST2的关系

Correlation between Pulse Pressure Index and Soluble ST2 in Patients with Hypertension and High Pulse Pressure Difference

目的探讨高血压病高脉压差患者的脉压指数(PPI)和可溶性ST2 (sST2)蛋白的关系。方法选择我院212例高血压病高脉压差患者,根据其PPI分为A组(PPI≤0.40, n=66)、 B组(0.40<PPI<0.45, n=69)、 C组(PPI≥0.45, n=77)。比较患者的基线资料,采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测血清s ST2蛋白水平,并采用Spearman分析血清s ST2蛋白水平与PPI的相关性。结果三组患者的葡萄糖和直接胆红素水平比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);三组的性别、年龄、平均HR、尿酸、总胆红素、间接胆红素、血清前白蛋白、总蛋白、白蛋白水平比较有统计学差异(P <0.05)。三组的血清sST2和PPI水平比较有统计学差异(P <0.05)。Spearman相关分析显示,血清s ST2蛋白水平与PPI呈正相关性(r=0.249, P <0.001)。结论高血压病高脉压差患者的血清sST2蛋白水平明显升高,且与其PPI有显著相关性。

Objective To explore the relationship between pulse pressure index(PPI) and soluble ST2(s ST2) protein in patients with hypertension and high pulse pressure difference. Methods 212 patients with hypertension and high pulse pressure difference in our hospital were selected and divided into group A(PPI≤0.40, n = 66) and group B(0.40<PPI<0.45, n = 69) and group C(PPI≥0.45, n = 77) according to the PPI. The baseline data of patients were compared. The serum s ST2 protein levels were measured by ELISA, and the correlation between serum s ST2 protein levels and PPI was analyzed by Spearman. Results No statistical difference was found in the glucose and direct bilirubin among the three groups(P >0.05). Statistical difference was found in the gender, age, average HR, uric acid, total bilirubin, indirect bilirubin, serum prealbumin, total protein and albumin levels among the three groups(P <0.05). Statistical difference was found in the serum s ST2 and PPI levels among the three groups(P <0.05). Spearman correlation analysis showed that serum s ST2 protein levels were positively correlated with PPI(r = 0.249, P <0.001). Conclusions The serum s ST2 protein levels in patients with hypertension and high pulse pressure difference increase significantly, and have significant correlation with PPI.
