家庭鼻腔冲洗联合孟鲁司特钠治疗儿童慢性鼻窦炎的临床研究

Clinical Study on Family Nasal Irrigation Combined with Montelukast Sodium in the Treatment of Chronic Sinusitis in Children

目的分析家庭鼻腔冲洗联合孟鲁司特钠治疗对儿童慢性鼻窦炎的临床价值。方法选择2016年1月至2018年1月我院收治的86例慢性鼻窦炎患儿,随机分为对照组(n=43)与观察组(n=43)。对照组采用孟鲁司特钠治疗,观察组采用家庭鼻腔冲洗联合孟鲁司特钠治疗。比较两组患儿的治疗效果、复发率及护理满意度。结果观察组治疗4周后、 3个月后的总有效率均高于对照组(P <0.05)。治疗3个月、 6个月后,观察组的复发率均低于对照组(P <0.05)。治疗4周后,观察组的护理满意度高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论对慢性鼻炎患儿采用家庭鼻腔冲洗联合孟鲁司特钠治疗,能够有效提高临床治疗效果和护理满意度,降低治疗后复发率。

Objective To analyze the clinical value of family nasal irrigation combined with montelukast sodium in the treatment of chronic sinusitis in children. Methods 86 children with chronic sinusitis admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 were selected and randomly divided into control group(n = 43) and observation group(n = 43). The control group was treated with montelukast sodium, while the observation group was treated with family nasal irrigation combined with montelukast sodium. The treatment effect,recurrence rate and nursing satisfaction degree of the two groups were compared. Results 4 weeks and 3 months after treatment, the total effective rates of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P <0.05). 3 months and 6 months after treatment, the recurrence rates of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P <0.05). 4 weeks after treatment, the nursing satisfaction degree of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P <0.05). Conclusions Family nasal irrigation combined with montelukast sodium in the treatment of children with chronic rhinitis can effectively improve the clinical efficacy and nursing satisfaction degree, and reduce the recurrence rate after treatment.
