牵引联合颈椎关节松动术对神经根型颈椎病患者颈椎功能的影响

Influence of Traction Combined with Cervical Joint Mobilization on Cervical Function in Patients with Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy

目的探讨牵引联合颈椎关节松动术对神经根型颈椎病患者颈椎功能的影响。方法选取2018年1月至2018年12月我院收治的神经根型颈椎病患者80例,随机分为两组,各40例。对照组采用牵引治疗,观察组采用牵引联合颈椎关节松动术治疗,对比两组的VAS评分、 CASCS评分和临床疗效。结果治疗后,观察组的VAS评分低于对照组,CASCS评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。观察组的治疗总有效率97.50%,高于对照组的80.00%(P <0.05)。结论牵引联合颈椎关节松动术可有效改善神经根型颈椎病患者的颈椎功能,降低患者的疼痛程度,提高治疗效果。

Objective To explore the influence of traction combined with cervical joint mobilization on cervical function in patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy. Methods 80 patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy admitted to our hospital from January2018 to December 2018 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with traction, while the observation group was treated with traction combined with cervical joint mobilization. The VAS score, CASCS score and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the CASCS score was higher than that of the control group, with statistical differences(P <0.05). The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 97.50%, higher than 80.00% of the control group(P <0.05). Conclusions Traction combined with cervical joint mobilization can effectively improve the cervical spine function, reduce the pain degree, and improve the treatment effect in patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.
