中西医结合治疗对便秘型肠易激综合征的效果观察

Observation on Effect of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine Treatment in Constipation-Type Irritable Bowel Syndrome

目的探讨中西医结合治疗对便秘型肠易激综合征的效果。方法将105例便秘型肠易激综合征患者随机分为对照组(n=52)和观察组(n=53)。对照组单纯给予西药治疗,观察组给予中西医结合治疗,对比两组的临床疗效、临床症状改善情况及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为96.2%,明显高于对照组的76.9%(P <0.05)。观察组的腹痛、腹胀及便秘改善时间明显短于对照组(P <0.05)。两组患者的不良反应发生率(7.5%vs. 5.8%)比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论对便秘型肠易激综合征患者采用中西医结合治疗的效果显著,能够明显缓解患者的临床症状,且安全性较高,值得临床推广。

Objective To study the effect of integrated Chinese and western medicine treatment in constipation-type irritable bowel syndrome. Methods 105 patients with constipation-type irritable bowel syndrome were randomly divided into control group(n = 52) and observation group(n = 53). The control group was only treated with western medicine, while the observation group was given integrated Chinese and western medicine treatment. The clinical efficacy, improvement of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.2%, significantly higher than 76.9% in the control group(P <0.05). The improvement time of abdominal pain, abdominal distension and constipation in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P <0.05). No statistical difference was found in the incidence of adverse reactions(7.5%vs. 5.8%) between the two groups(P >0.05). Conclusions Integrated Chinese and western medicine treatment in patients with constipation-type irritable bowel syndrome has significant effect, and can obviously relieve the clinical symptoms of patients, with higher safety, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
