多元化护理对髋关节置换术患者髋关节功能及术后并发症的影响

Influence of Diversified Nursing on Hip Function and Postoperative Complications in Patients with Hip Replacement

目的探讨多元化护理对髋关节置换术患者髋关节功能及术后并发症的影响。方法选择2017年1月至2018年12月在我院行髋关节置换术的患者80例,随机分为两组各40例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施常规护理结合多元化护理,比较两组患者的SAS评分、 Harris评分及术后并发症情况。结果干预后,观察组的SAS评分低于对照组,Harris评分高于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论对髋关节置换术患者实施多元化护理能够缓解其焦虑情绪,促进患者术后髋关节功能恢复,减少并发症的发生。

Objective To explore the influence of diversified nursing on hip function and postoperative complications in patients with hip replacement. Methods 80 cases of patients undergoing hip replacement in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received routine nursing combined with diversified nursing. The SAS score, Harris score and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups. Results After intervention, the SAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, the Harris score was higher than that of the control group, and the incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group(all P <0.05). Conclusions Diversified nursing in patients with hip replacement can alleviate the anxiety, promote the hip functional recovery and reduce the complications.
