手术室护理在平片无张力疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝中的效果

Effect of Operation Room Nursing in Patch Tension-Free Hernioplasty in the Treatment of Inguinal Hernia

目的探讨手术室护理在平片无张力疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝中的效果。方法选择2017年11月至2018年11月期间我院收治的腹股沟疝患者55例,根据患者意愿分为对照组(24例)和试验组(31例)。对照组给予常规护理,试验组给予手术室护理。比较两组患者的手术时间、下床活动时间、术后并发症情况及护理满意度。结果试验组的手术时间为(0.93±0.13)h,短于对照组的(2.53±0.16) h,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。试验组的下床活动时间为(3.97±0.17) h,短于对照组的(5.60±0.11) h,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。试验组的术后并发症发生率为12.90%,低于对照组的37.50%(P <0.05)。试验组的护理满意度为93.55%,高于对照组的70.83%(P <0.05)。结论将手术室护理应用于平片无张力疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝患者中,能够缩短患者的手术时间和下床活动时间,降低术后并发症发生率,提升患者的护理满意度,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of patch tension-free hernioplasty in the treatment of inguinal hernia. Methods 55 cases of patients with inguinal hernia admitted to our hospital from November 2017 to November 2018 were selected and divided into control group(24 cases) and experimental group(31 cases) according to patients’ wishes. The control group was given routine nursing, while the experimental group was given operation room nursing. The operation time, off-bed activity time, postoperative complications and nursing satisfaction degree of the two groups were compared. Results The operation time of the experimental group was(0.93 ± 0.13) h, shorter than(2.53 ± 0.16) h of the control group(P <0.05). The off-bed activity time of the experimental group was(3.97 ± 0.17) h, shorter than(5.60 ±0.11) h of the control group(P <0.05). The incidence of postoperative complications in the experimental group was 12.90%, lower than37.50% in the control group(P <0.05). The nursing satisfaction degree of the experimental group was 93.55%, higher than 70.83% of the control group(P <0.05). Conclusions Operation room nursing in the application of patch tension-free hernioplasty for patients with inguinal hernia can shorten the operation time and off-bed activity time, reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, and improve the nursing satisfaction degree of patients, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
