中医特色护理干预在老年下肢动脉硬化闭塞症介入术患者中的应用

Application of TCM Characteristic Nursing Intervention in Elderly Patients Undergoing Interventional Surgery of Lower Extremity Arteriosclerosis Obliterans

目的探讨中医特色护理干预在老年下肢动脉硬化闭塞症介入术患者中的应用效果。方法选择2018年1月至2018年12月我院收治的100例老年下肢动脉硬化闭塞症介入术患者,随机分为两组各50例。对照组行常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上采用中医特色护理干预。比较两组患者干预前后的血管功能(髁肱指数、血管内径、动脉血流速度)、并发症情况及护理满意度。结果干预后,研究组的髁肱指数、血管内径和动脉血流速度均优于对照组(P <0.05)。研究组的并发症发生率为4.00%,低于对照组的24.00%(P <0.05)。研究组的护理满意度为94.00%,高于对照组的78.00%(P <0.05)。结论老年下肢动脉硬化闭塞症介入术患者应用中医特色护理干预,可明显改善患者的血管功能,降低并发症发生率,提升护理满意度,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) characteristic nursing intervention in elderly patients undergoing interventional surgery of lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans. Methods 100 elderly patients undergoing interventional surgery of lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2018 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 50 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing intervention, while the study group received TCM characteristic nursing intervention on the basis of the control group. The vascular function(condylar brachial index,vessel diameter, arterial blood flow velocity) before and after nursing intervention, complications and nursing satisfaction degree were compared between the two groups. Results After intervention, the condylar brachial index, vascular diameter and arterial blood flow velocity of the study group were better than those of the control group(P <0.05). The incidence of complications in the study group was4.00%, lower than 24.00% of the control group(P <0.05). The nursing satisfaction degree of the study group was 94.00%, higher than78.00% of the control group(P <0.05). Conclusions TCM characteristic nursing intervention in elderly patients undergoing interventional surgery of lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans can obviously improve the vascular function, reduce the incidence of complications and improve the nursing satisfaction degree, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
