医护一体化护理干预对急性期脑梗死静脉溶栓患者心理状态及并发症的影响

Influence of Integrated Nursing Intervention on Psychological Status and Complications of Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction Undergoing Intravenous Thrombolysis

目的探讨医护一体化护理干预对急性期脑梗死静脉溶栓患者心理状态及并发症的影响。方法选取我院2016年7月至2019年1月期间拟行静脉溶栓治疗的急性脑梗死患者66例,随机分为对照组(n=33)和观察组(n=33)。对照组实施常规护理干预,观察组实施医护一体化护理干预,对比两组患者干预前及干预2个月后的心理状态(SAS、 SDS评分)、并发症及不良反应发生情况。结果干预2个月后,观察组的SAS评分、 SDS评分均低于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组的并发症及不良反应发生率均低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论医护一体化护理干预可明显改善急性期脑梗死静脉溶栓患者的焦虑、抑郁等不良情绪,降低并发症及不良反应发生率,值得临床推广。

Objective To study the influence of integrated nursing intervention on the psychological status and complications of patients with acute cerebral infarction undergoing intravenous thrombolysis. Methods 66 cases of patients with acute cerebral infarction proposed for intravenous thrombolysis in our hospital from July 2016 to January 2019 were selected and randomly divided into control group(n = 33) and observation group(n = 33). The control group received routine nursing intervention, while the observation group received integrated nursing intervention. The psychological status(SAS score, SDS score) before intervention and after 2 months of intervention,complications and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results After 2 months of intervention, the SAS score and SDS score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P <0.05). The incidences of complications and adverse reactions in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P <0.05). Conclusions Integrated nursing intervention can significantly improve the anxiety and depression of patients with acute cerebral infarction undergoing intravenous thrombolysis, and reduce the incidences of complications and adverse reactions, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
