Research on the Improvement Tactics of Rural Living Environment in Western Region

农村人居环境改善是推动乡村振兴的基础工程之一。文章对农村人居环境的内涵进行了界定,并基于农村人居环境的概况,从自然生态环境以及乡村建设两方面,阐述了农村人居环境问题形成的原因,提出健全农村环境管理体制、制定科学的农村环境治理规划、加大农村人居环境建设的资金投入与人才支持、创新农村人居环境建设的运营模式、加大环境保护宣传力度五个方面具体对策。

The improvement of rural living environment is one of the basic projects to Promote rural revitalization.The article defines the connotation of rural living environments and based on the general situation of rural living environment,in view of two aspects of natural ecological environment and rural construction,it also elaborates the causes of the problems in rural living environment,and puts forward five specific countermeasures:complete the rural environment management system,formulate scientific rural environment management planning,increase the financial input and talent support of rural living environment construction,innovate the operation mode of rural living environment construction,and enhance propaganda of en vironmental protection.
