乡村振兴的家国情怀及其对乡村治理的有益启示

Devotion of Family and Country of Rural Revitalizationand its Beneficial Enlightenment to Rural Governance

党的十九大以来,乡村振兴已经成为全党全社会的共同行动和国家战略。中国是一个农业大国,乡村制度、乡村治理、乡村文化的历史变迁为今天的乡村振兴战略实施提供了有效借鉴。乡村振兴可从“家国情怀”的顶层设计进行研究,家族情感构成乡村治理的血缘纽带,家乡情结构成乡村治理的地缘凝聚,家国情怀则奠定了国家政权稳定的基层结构。从家族、家乡和家国三个层次推进当前乡村治理有效具有重要意义。

From the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, rural revitalization has become a joint action and national strategy of the whole Par ty and society. China is a big agricultural country, and the historical changes of rural system, rural governance and rural culture provide an effective reference for the im plementation of today' s rural revitalization strategy. Rural revitalization can be studied from the top-level design of "devotion of family and countryw, family emo tion forms blood ties of rural governance, home bias forms geopolitical cohesion of rural governance, and devotion to family and country lays the basic structure of the stability of state power. It is of important significance to promote effective rural governance from three levels : family, hometown and family-country.
