深圳先进文化引领并强劲赋能社会发展。40年来,深圳先进文化经历了五个阶段:一是先进文化初创阶段(1978-1984),形成"敢为天下先"的精神文化;二是先进文化突破阶段(1985-1992),培育高效务实的精神文化;三是先进文化全面发展阶段(1993-2003),积极推进公民道德建设;四是文化立市强市阶段(2003-2012),全面践行社会主义核心价值观;五是新时代先进文化发展阶段(2013-),培养创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享精神文化。

Shenzhen’s advanced culture leads and strongly energizes social development. Over the past 40 years, Shenzhen’s advanced culture has gone through five stages: first, the initial stage of advanced culture(1978-1984), the formation of "daring to be the first in the world" culture;second, the breakthrough stage of advanced culture(1985-1992), the cultivation of efficient and practical spiritual culture;third, the comprehensive development stage of advanced culture(1993-2003), actively promoting the moral construction of citizens;fourth, the stage of building a strong city through culture construction(2003-2012), the full implementation of socialist core values;fifth, the new era of advanced culture development stage(2013-), developing an innovative, collaborative, green, open and sharing culture.
