摘要 高校推进"两学一做"学习教育常态化制度化工作任重道远,随着推进过程的不断深入、扩展,越来越多的深层次矛盾陆续呈现。其中,"自上而下"与"自下而上"、无序与有序、"知"与"行"是较为突出且亟待解决的三对矛盾。党委理论学习中心组子机制、三会一课子机制、发展党员工作子机制可一起构建起协同机制,通过这一协同机制的时间维度、人员维度、内容维度、考核维度的有机结合,产生协同效应,达到缓和或解决矛盾的目的。 It is a long-term and arduous task to promote the normalization and institution alization of "party building studies" in colleges and universities. Although remarkable achievements have been made, more and more deepseated contradictions have emerged one after another as the process goes deeply and extensively. Wherein, three pairs of contradictions, "top-down" and "bottom-up", disorder and order, "knowledge" and "action", are prominent and need to be solved. One cooperative mechanism could be constructed with the combination of three sub-mechanisms such as the theoretical learning center of the party committee, three sessions and one course, and the party members’ development. Through the organic combination of the time dimension, personnel dimension, content dimension and assessment dimension of the collaborative mechanism, synergies can be generated and contradictions can be alleviated or resolved.
