油品输送站装车栈桥鹤管布局的优化

为了提高油品输送站的物流效益,本文主要介绍了一种改造鹤管布局的方案,来提高油品输送站装车自动化程度。结合油品输送站西油品车间的装车栈台现状,为减少装车作业的时间,对装车栈台的鹤管数量进行了合理的优化,并对优化后的鹤管分布情况进行合理的布局。

In order to improve the logistics efficiency of oil delivery station,this paper mainly introduces a kind of crane tube layout scheme,to improve the oil transportation station loading degree of automation,based on the current situation of loading trestle in the west oil product workshop of the oil delivery station,the number of cranes on loading stack is reasonably optimized in order to improve the efficiency of loading operation,and the distribution of cranes after optimization is reasonably arranged.
