摘要
对比不同的焦油渣处理手段,并针对焦油渣处理过程引起的环保问题及焦炭质量问题,采用了萃取、加热、破碎预处理+离心分离+配煤的最经济有效的焦油渣处理方案。运行结果表明,最终焦油渣含水<15%,含焦油<10%,能很好地配入焦煤,不影响焦炭质量的稳定。
Compared with different tar slag treatment methods,and focusing on the environmental problems caused by tar slag treatment process and coke quality problems,the most economical and effective tar residue treatment scheme of extraction,heating,crushing pretreatment+centrifugal separation+coal blending is adopted.The operation results showed that the final tar residue had a water content of<15%and a tar content of<10%,which can be well blended into coking coal without affecting the stability of coke quality.
