运用传统中医学中的"治未病"理论,通过对慢性心力衰竭的患者及相关高危人群采取有针对性的面对面健康教育宣传,使慢性心力衰竭患者能够改变既往的不良生活方式,建立有利的健康行为,提高患者的自我保健意识,减少急性心力衰竭的发病率,控制慢性心力衰竭患者的病情发展,起到"未病先防、既病防变"的作用,从而起到提高患者的生存治疗,延长患者寿命的作用.

In patients with chronic heart failure and related high risk groups,targeted face-to-face health education propaganda is taken to make the patients with chronic heart failure change bad way of life,establish good health behaviors,improve the patient's self-care consciousness,reduce the incidence of acute heart failure,control the disease development of patients with chronic heart failure by utilizing the TCM"Disease prevention"thought,which plays the role of"preventing disease and preventing existing disease from deteriorating",so as to improve the survival treatment of patients and prolong the life of patients.
