艾灸配合耳穴的临床应用

Clinical application of moxibustion combined with auricular acupoint therapy

目的:观察艾灸配合耳穴治疗疑难杂症方面的临床疗效及应用;方法:选取卵巢早衰致不孕、腹泻型肠易激综合征、肩背肌筋膜炎、股骨头缺血性坏死医案4例,进行艾灸配合耳穴治疗,辨证选取艾灸及耳穴穴位,艾灸与耳穴治疗同步进行,每日1次,10次为1疗程,每疗程间隔5天,3个疗程后观察疗效.结果:卵巢早衰致不孕症治疗经治5个疗程后,孕检阳性;腹泻型肠易激综合征治愈;背肩肌筋膜炎显效;股骨头缺血性坏死患者生活自理.结论:艾灸配合耳穴疗法在治疗疑难杂症方面临床疗效确切,且有良好的即时效应,可临床推广.

Objective:To observe the clinical effect and application of moxibustion combined with auricular acupoint in the treatment of complicated and complex diseases.Methods:4 cases of infertility caused by premature ovarian failure,diarrhea type irritable bowel syndrome,shoulder myofascitis,avascular necrosis of the femoral head were selected.Moxibustion combined with auricular acupoint therapy,moxibustion and auricular acupoints were selected dialectically,moxibustion and auricular acupoint therapy were carried out simultaneously,once a day,10 times as a course of treatment,every course of treatment was at interval of 5 days,after 3 courses of treatment,the curative effect was observed.Results:After 5 courses of treatment,pregnancy test was positive,diarrhea type irritable bowel syndrome was cured,shoulder myofascitis was effective,and the patients with avascular necrosis of femoral head returned to independent living.Conclusion:Moxibustion combined with auricular acupoint therapy is effective in the treatment of complicated and complex diseases,and it has good immediate effect,which can be popularized in clinic.
